Project of Formalin and Paraformaldehyde Production

 In order to produce 160,000 tons of Formalin, seven production lines have been purchased. Two production lines will be launched in Aban (November 2021) with a capacity of 60,000 tons of formalin by the end of this year (1400). From manufactured Formalin, 20,000 tons of Paraformaldehyde is produced downstream of this section.

Paraformaldehyde is a solid product of Formalin; indeed, not only it has added value but also has no problem in transportation. In addition. It can be exported to the export markets of the region, including Turkey, Azerbaijan, etc.

At this phase, according to the sales profit of formalin and paraformaldehyde product, the ability to earn money and complete the remaining five lines of the 7 production lines will be created.

To achieve this goal in 1400 requires 1.5 million euros to settle payment accounts for the rest of the equipment under construction. Also, 1.5 million euros are needed to purchase control equipment and precision instruments. Besides, one million euros is needed for the construction and execution of steel structures for the installation of this unit.
